During the COVID-19 pandemic, we recognised an urgent need to support key workers like medical staff, who had to make the difficult choice to separate from their families to protect them. Traditional accommodation options like hotels weren't always suitable, as many of these dedicated professionals required extended stays. To address this challenge, we initiated partnerships with landlords to provide a unique service.

This initiative began by curating the very best properties for our clients, primarily serving key workers such as hospital staff and contractors covering large projects in the Manchester area. We offer flexible solutions for short, medium, and long-term stays. 

Our collaborative efforts extend to working closely with prominent hospitals, both public and private, as well as within the NHS, to ensure that locum staff have convenient and comfortable places to stay. Our property selection focuses on key locations, including those in close proximity to hospitals, city centres, construction sites, and properties with excellent transportation links. 

 As the demand for our services continued to grow, we have also expanded our reach to serve international business clientele visiting Manchester for short stays. Many of these individuals prefer the convenience and comfort of apartments over traditional hotel accommodations. Our commitment to provide exceptional properties and personalised service remains firm, and we look forward to continuing to support the diverse needs of our valued clients. 

 Our business uses a variety of marketing platforms to present our services, including platforms like ‘Trade stays’, ‘Airbnb’, ‘Comfy Workers’, ‘Healthcare Agencies’, and also direct bookings through word-of-mouth referrals. We implement a rigorous guest vetting process and have established policies and procedures to enhance our property partnerships with landlords. We make significant investments in the properties we lease, ensuring financial responsibility for their optimal operation. Moreover, we employ security measures such as noise detectors and doorbell cameras to monitor property access and minimise disruptions operating in residential areas.
